Choosing which cannabis strains you’d like to grow can be difficult. Many people choose a variety of sativa, indica, and hybrid strains to diversify their crop. Rainbow Belts might be the 50/50 hybrid strain of your dreams.
Rainbow Belts has tons of rave reviews, and it’s moderately easy to grow. Here’s how to grow the Rainbow Belts strain of cannabis.
About the Rainbow Belts Strain
The Rainbow Belts strain of cannabis was created by breeding the Moonbow and Zkittlez strains. It’s the perfect balance between sativa and indica strains as a 50/50 hybrid. It contains an average of 24% THC, higher than many other strains.

Characteristics of the Rainbow Belts Strain Cannabis Plant
Rainbow Belts cannabis plants are tall and slender. Their buds are green with purple undertones, and round and fluffy like a piece of popcorn. They have light orange pistils and thick, sparkly amber trichomes.
Their buds smell like lemon lime and diesel. When you smoke the Rainbow Belts strain, these flavors intensify, adding hints of grapes and spicy berries, too.
Rainbow Belts plants have a flowering time of about 52 days, and they can be harvested 10 days after that. When grown indoors, you’ll reap a yield of 10-15 oz per plant. Outdoors, you’ll get 1-2 oz for every square foot of growth.
How to Grow Rainbow Belts Cannabis Plants
It’s not very hard to grow Rainbow Belts cannabis; it’s about on the middle of the difficulty spectrum. If you’ve grown weed before, you should have no problem with plants from the Rainbow Belts strain.
Warm, sunny, and moderately humid conditions are best for Rainbow Belts cannabis to thrive outdoors. Indoors, you should maintain a temperature of 70–85°F during the early growth stages and 65–75°F during flowering.
Rainbow Belts strain plants can grow extremely large. Indoors, they’ll be 30-60 inches, but outdoors, these plants thrive at up to 80 inches high. Make sure you plan for this growth when you plant your seeds, and keep them pruned throughout the growing period.
Water your plants regularly. A hydroponic setup can be extremely helpful to keep your plants healthy. If growing indoors, make sure to find the right potting soil that contains nitrogen, potassium, and phosphorus.
